North Forsyth wrestling dominated its first home duals event Wednesday. The Raiders posted impressive wins over Milton (75-6) and North Gwinnett (72-6). North (7-0) got plenty of help from Milton, who forfeited eight weight classes, but the Raiders also got pins from Justin Lioti at 120 pounds, Noah Thomas (138), Shane Cross (152) and Keegan Radake (182). North took care of North Gwinnett thanks to 10 pin victories from Lioti (120), Jacob Nash (126), Julian Benton (132), Thomas (138), Shane Cross (145), Tanner Buggs (160), Jordan Cross (170), Radake (182), Austin Thorton (195) and Steven Anthony (225). The Raiders return to action tomorrow at the Allatoona Duals at Allatoona High School. Central sweeps home duals The Bulldogs swept their first home duals event Wednesday. Central (5-2) went 2-0, defeating Lakeside-DeKalb, 45-22, and Area 7-AAAAA member Northview, 47-33. Miles Bankston, Nathan Kistler, Stefan Lucien, Dustin Morris, Carson Pillow, Jordan Schaller, Jon Starr and Caleb Troutt each had key pins against Northview. The Bulldogs return to action tomorrow in the Knight Duals Tournament at River Ridge. South splits home duals The War Eagles split their first home duals event Wednesday. South (6-1) defeated Peachtree Ridge (45-16) and lost to Creekview (48-24). South returns to action tomorrow at the Buford Duals at Buford High School.
